Red Wine Vinegar with Currants

The perfect red wine vinegar with currants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,75 liter Dry red wine
  • Good quality improves the taste
  • 200 ml Vinegar essence
  • 100 g Currants fresh
  1. Wash the currants and strip them from the panicles. Fill into well-cleaned, carefully rinsed bulbous bottles.
