Shrimp and Potato Bake
The perfect shrimp and potato bake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Zucchini
- 1 Big onion
- 600 g Potatoes
- 75 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 ml Milk or cream
- 150 ml Horseradish with Wasabi
- 2 tablespoon Chopped dill
- 350 g Shrimp deveined
- 350 g Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fry the prawns in a pan with a little oil – remove, peel and keep warm.
- Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half into slices, cut the peeled onion into small cubes.
- Now sauté the onions in the pan, add the zucchini and let everything cook, season with salt and pepper – remove and place in a greased casserole dish.
- Deglaze the roast set with the vegetable stock, pour in the milk or cream, stir everything well.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices and add them to the sauce to pre-cook for about 6 minutes.
- Now add the horseradish and dill, season with salt and pepper. (Horseradish according to your taste) and put in the baking dish-
- Add the prawns and mix everything in the baking dish, sprinkle with a little cheese and put it in the 200c. hot oven for about 25 minutes.
