Refreshing blueberry smoothie with yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g blueberries
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Sort the blueberries, wash them, and gently pat them dry. Freeze in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Blend the frozen blueberries with the yogurt, orange juice, vanilla sugar, and a little milk in a food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth, adding the remaining milk until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency. Divide the blueberry smoothie among four small bottles or glasses and serve immediately. Tip: You can also serve the smoothie with ice cubes.
