Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp herbs of your choice
- 900 g water
- 1 orange(s), juice
- pepper
- 2 tbsp sheep’s milk yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and dice the carrots. Heat the coconut oil in a medium saucepan. Add the carrot pieces with the herbs and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in the water and cook the carrots over medium heat for 15 minutes until soft. Remove the pan from the heat and blend everything until a creamy soup forms. Then add the orange juice and pepper and serve with a dollop of sheep’s milk yogurt.
