Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ watermelon(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 package of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • some mint leaves, fresh, about 3 to 4 leaves

A seedless watermelon is best. Cut it into small cubes, along with the feta cheese. Finely chop 3-4 mint leaves, if desired. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl, mix well, and drizzle with the lime juice. The salad is simple, delicious, and refreshing. A flavor explosion of sweet, salty, sour, and minty.
