Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 ½ liters of water
- ½ liter vinegar, 5% acid
- 250 g sugar
- 50 g salt
- 3 large cucumbers

Grate the cucumbers. For the broth, bring all ingredients to a boil. Add the grated cucumbers to the broth, simmer briefly until the slices become translucent, then transfer everything to prepared screw-top jars and seal immediately. This yields approximately 15 jars of 350 ml each. The cucumbers are delicious in a salad, for example, mixed with potatoes, or on their own as a snack.
