Reindeer Cakepops

The perfect reindeer cakepops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For decoration:

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 0,25 tsp Baking powder
  • Pretzels
  • Sugar eyes
  • Dark chocolate couverture
  • Red chocolate drops
  1. Mix the room temperature butter together with the sugar and salt until creamy in 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now add one egg at a time and stir it in for about 30 seconds at a time. Then add the flour and ginger and stir in briefly.
  3. Pour the batter into a piping bag and cut off the tip at the front.
  4. Now fill the dough into the preheated cake pop maker and bake it for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Melt the couverture and dip a cake popstick in it. Stick the cake pop stick into the cake pop and let the couverture set. Dip the cake pops in the couverture and decorate them with the sugar eyes, salted pretzels and chocolate lentils.
