  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 5 Potatoes (leftovers)
  • 2 Carrots (leftovers)
  • 1 small can Tomato paste
  • Raw cane sugar to your taste
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 300 ml Water
  • 2 tsp *Gemüsesalz aus Resten
  • 1 bag Pasta sauce (grilled vegetables) – (leftovers)

  1. Take a saucepan and fry the ground beef until crumbly without adding any fat. Then stir in tomato paste and let fry for a moment. Deglaze with the water, add the contents of the bag from the grilled vegetables (leftovers).
  2. Stir in or stir in the leftover vegetable salt and continue to cook on a low heat. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots and add. Then bring everything to the boil again, switch down and simmer for about 40 minutes. Then remove the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Finally, season to taste with salt and gourmet pepper. Fold in the creme frâiche. Then serve in deep plates.
