Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, chopped
- 2 pickles, depending on size, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 small onion(s) finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Completely without mayonnaise
Pour the sour cream into a bowl and mix well with the spices, but do not dilute. Stir in the egg, cucumber, onions, and herbs. Season to taste, let it marinate for a while, and serve. We like this remoulade sauce with fried fish, but it also goes well with lattice fries, potato wedges, or hash browns—side dishes that are already filling enough.
