In order to get in shape and get rid of toxins, try this salad, the recipe for which was shared by nutritionist Anna Biotorium on her Instagram. This salad will not only benefit your body and help you lose weight, but also cleanse your intestines.

How to make a detox salad

Ingredients.

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • half an apple
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • a bunch of spinach;
  • 5-6 sprigs of green onions;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil;
  • juice of half a lemon.

Method of preparation

Step 1. Rinse and peel the carrots and beets, and grate them coarsely. Chop the apple, cucumbers, herbs, and garlic.
Step 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and add oil and juice of half a lemon.
Step 3. Leave the salad to stand for 2-3 hours before serving.
