Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g white chocolate, grated
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the rhubarb and cut into pieces. Simmer in a saucepan with orange liqueur and 2 tablespoons of sugar for about 5 minutes. Place the rhubarb in a greased casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients into a batter and spread it over the rhubarb. Bake the casserole for 40 to 45 minutes at 180°C. Serve warm, with chocolate sauce, if desired.
