Dessert: Duo of Cream of Paradise and Rhubarb Groats

Ingredients
 

For the cream

  • 1 packet Paradise cream to taste
  • 300 ml Milk

For the rhubarb groats

  • 250 g Fresh rhubarb
  • 250 g Strawberries, mixed raspberries or other berries
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder

aside from that

  • Custard
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions
 

  • For the groats, peel the rhubarb and cut into fine pieces. Wash the berries and halve them if necessary or use frozen fruits. Bring half of the fruit with the rhubarb and approx. 300 ml of water and sugar to the boil, simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining fruits and stir in the pudding. Bring to the boil and allow to cool.
  • Prepare the paradise cream according to the instructions, divide it diagonally into 4 glasses (put the glasses in an egg carton to cool) and cool for an hour. Then pour in the grits and top with vanilla sauce. Decorate with the grated chocolate.
  • TIP 3: Instead of the vanilla sauce, you can also put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it.
