Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g rhubarb
  • 250 ml ginger ale
  • 2 packs of vanilla flavor
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Peel the rhubarb stalks and cut into small pieces. Mix with ginger ale, vanilla extract, and preserving sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Then pour into jars while still hot and seal tightly. Place the jars on the lids for 5 minutes.
