Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g dandelion flowers
- 500 ml water
- 600 g gelling sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Remove the green bracts from the flowers, split the flower heads, and strip out the blossoms. Bring the water to a boil, add the blossoms, and simmer for 6 minutes. Strain and squeeze the water. Add the gelling sugar and lemon juice to the cooled juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. The jelly is poured into jars while still piping hot and sealed immediately.
