Vegetable Stir-fry with Wholegrain Spaghetti Asia Art

- 250 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 Red Pointed peppers
- 2 Green Pointed peppers
- 1 Onion
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 kilo Asia stir-fry frozen vegetables
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Red chilli flakes
- Curry powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ginger seasoning
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until aldente and drain in a sieve
- Clean and chop the peppers, peel and dice the onion and sauté everything in the oil in a large pan.
- Add the Asian stir-fry vegetables and the spices to taste.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices, put them in the vegetable pan and cook everything until cooked.
- Add the spaghetti and season everything properly with soy sauce.
