  • 250 g Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 2 Red Pointed peppers
  • 2 Green Pointed peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 kilo Asia stir-fry frozen vegetables
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ginger seasoning
  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until aldente and drain in a sieve
  2. Clean and chop the peppers, peel and dice the onion and sauté everything in the oil in a large pan.
  3. Add the Asian stir-fry vegetables and the spices to taste.
  4. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices, put them in the vegetable pan and cook everything until cooked.
  5. Add the spaghetti and season everything properly with soy sauce.
