Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter vanilla ice cream
- 50 small meringues (maräng)
- 4 dl cream
- 4 bananas
- 150 g chocolate, dark
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ dl coffee, strong

Swedish dessert with meringue, vanilla ice cream, cream, banana and chocolate sauce
Chocolate sauce: Bring 200 ml of cream to a boil in a saucepan while stirring. Add the chocolate pieces, sugar, and coffee. Stir on low heat until the chocolate is melted. Whisk the remaining cream until stiff peaks form. Arrange the vanilla ice cream, marang, and banana pieces on a plate. Garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
