Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g fried onions
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian

Heat the vegetable broth in a pan. Add the tagliatelle and simmer for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pasta and let it melt for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the fried onions over the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
