Ribbon noodles with crab sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 400 ml stock (lobster stock)
  • 500 g crab, king prawns or (frozen) seafood
  • Butter, for frying
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • possibly chili pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta. Sauté the diced onion and diced garlic clove in butter. Deglaze with the lobster stock and simmer until reduced by half. Meanwhile, sauté the crab, king prawns, or seafood in butter, deglaze with the reduced stock, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste. Tear the basil and stir in. Serve with the cooked tagliatelle. If you prefer it a little spicier, you can cook a piece of dried or fresh chili pepper with the sauce.
