Ribbon pasta in mascarpone sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 150 g cooked ham, diced
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Aromat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter until translucent. Grate the zucchini, add it, and simmer for 7 minutes. Then add the mascarpone and mix well. Bring back to a boil, season with salt, pepper, and seasoning. Stir in the garlic, chopped parsley, and diced ham. Drain the pasta, rinse briefly in cold water, and serve with the sauce. Serve with a crisp salad.
