Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 125 g diced ham
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 10 tomatoes, dried
  • 20 small olives, black
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • some garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Chili sauce (jalapeno sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with a strong Mediterranean sauce, quick and easy to prepare

Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Cut the onion into thin rings and the olives and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Fry the ham cubes until crispy, then add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the crème fraîche and thin with a little water. Then stir in the tomato paste. Add the finely chopped garlic, tomatoes, and olives to the sauce and heat through. Season to taste with salt and the jalapeno sauce to your desired taste/spiciness. Arrange the spaghetti and sauce on a plate and serve with freshly ground pepper.
