Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- nutmeg
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions and drain. Bring the cream to a boil, then reduce the heat. Add all ingredients one at a time to the cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with grated nutmeg, pepper, and salt. Pour the sauce over the tagliatelle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
