  • 500 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • Salt

First, wash the leek and then cut it into rings. Depending on the thickness of the leek, you can halve it again if desired. The leek is then fried in a little oil, followed by the diced cooked ham. The broth is then added, along with the processed cheese and crème fraîche. Let everything simmer slightly. Meanwhile, prepare the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Since the sauce already contains a lot of salt, taste it first and add salt only if necessary. The sauce is then served over the tagliatelle.
