Ribbon pasta with shrimp

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 300 g shrimp
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 600 ml milk
  • lemon juice
  • dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, stir in the flour, and then add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring the sauce to a boil and thicken it with a little more flour if necessary. Remove from the heat. Season the sauce with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Return to the heat and stir in the shrimp over low heat. Bring back to a boil briefly and serve immediately with the tagliatelle. The sauce is super rich and incredibly filling!
