Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g rice pudding (ready cooked from the day before)
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Sugar as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the eggs with a mixer, stir in the cinnamon, sugar, and breadcrumbs, mix with the rice pudding, and bake in the waffle iron until golden brown. I set my waffle iron to medium heat.
