Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g rice, cooked from the previous day
- 1 pot of natural yogurt, 3.5% fat, approx. 150 g
- 2 tbsp sugar
- some fruits of your choice

Sweet use of leftover rice
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar, add the cold, cooked rice, and stir to combine. It doesn’t matter what kind of rice you use. Then layer the rice cream with your desired fruit in a dessert bowl or glass. This small dish is also perfect for breakfast.
