with yogurt and apples … so delicious

Peel the apples and cut them into fairly small pieces. Place them in a saucepan with the apple juice, cinnamon, honey, and lime juice and simmer for about 15 minutes. The apple pieces should not fall apart. Let cool. Cook the rice without salt and let it cool in a sieve. Then transfer to a bowl. Stir the yogurt into the cooled rice. Whip the cream with a sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff and carefully fold it into the rice with the apple pieces using a fork. Sweeten to taste with a little more sugar, if desired. Now just enjoy.
