Rice Mince Casserole

  • 300 g Rice
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook rice.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan. Dice and add onions and fry until translucent.
  3. Add the milk to the mince and add the cooked rice. Add about 100g of grated cheese and eggs. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
