Rice noodle salad with feta

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 package of noodles (rice noodles)
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 can of corn
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp ready-made salad mix (salata)
  • 8 tbsp water
  • 2 bags of ready-made salad mix with garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse the bell peppers and dice them along with the feta cheese. Drain the corn. Now mix the oil, Salata, and water with the Salatfix. Transfer everything to a bowl and refrigerate. Season with salt and pepper.
