Rice Noodles with Seitang Goulash in Orange Juice
The perfect rice noodles with seitang goulash in orange juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Seitan
- 20 g Coconut oil
- 2 medium sized Cut onions
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 tsp Vegetable salt
- 2 tsp Fresh pepper
- 0,5 liter Freshly squeezed orange juice *
- 1 Cup Water if necessary

- 300 g Bag of rice noodles
- Brown the onion in the coconut oil, add the seitan cut into pieces, season with salt, pepper and add the paprika powder and fry on all sides for a few minutes.
- Now add the tomato paste, stir everything together and let it evaporate a little, then pour the orange juice over it and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- It is not necessary to thicken the sauce because it was quite creamy. Let the whole thing stand for a few minutes.
- Now cook the rice noodles and then arrange everything on preheated plates.
- We had a green salad with it.
