Rice Noodles with Seitang Goulash in Orange Juice

The perfect rice noodles with seitang goulash in orange juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Seitan
  • 20 g Coconut oil
  • 2 medium sized Cut onions
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 2 tsp Vegetable salt
  • 2 tsp Fresh pepper
  • 0,5 liter Freshly squeezed orange juice *
  • 1 Cup Water if necessary

  • 300 g Bag of rice noodles
  1. Brown the onion in the coconut oil, add the seitan cut into pieces, season with salt, pepper and add the paprika powder and fry on all sides for a few minutes.
  2. Now add the tomato paste, stir everything together and let it evaporate a little, then pour the orange juice over it and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. It is not necessary to thicken the sauce because it was quite creamy. Let the whole thing stand for a few minutes.
  4. Now cook the rice noodles and then arrange everything on preheated plates.
  5. We had a green salad with it.
  6. * I squeezed the orange juice myself from 3 fresh oranges.
