Fennel Salad with Oranges and Olives

- 2 st Fennel bulbs with green
- 2 st Oranges
- 3 Tablespoon Pickled olives, pitted
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- Clean the fennel bulbs, cut in half into fine strips, peel the oranges, fillet and collect the juice. Put everything in a bowl, add the olives and the olive oil, let the salad stand and sprinkle with pepper
