Fennel Salad with Oranges and Olives

The perfect fennel salad with oranges and olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 st Fennel bulbs with green
  • 2 st Oranges
  • 3 Tablespoon Pickled olives, pitted
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  1. Clean the fennel bulbs, cut in half into fine strips, peel the oranges, fillet and collect the juice. Put everything in a bowl, add the olives and the olive oil, let the salad stand and sprinkle with pepper
