Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes or other tomatoes
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
- salt and pepper
- possibly nutmeg
- n. B. herbs
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
very easy
Cook the rice as directed on the package. Drain the rice. Fry the bacon in a pan. When the bacon is cooked, briefly add the halved tomatoes, or diced tomatoes if using larger tomatoes, to the bacon. Add the rice to the bacon and stir. Season the rice with about 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock powder, salt and pepper, and nutmeg if desired. If desired, add some herbs. Add the butter and stir well until the butter is completely melted.
