Rice pan with beans and corn

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 300 g green beans
  • 350 g rice
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 can of corn
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Cut the turkey breast into strips and brown it. Add the raw beans and rice and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice has absorbed the broth. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the corn and let it warm through.
