Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 500 g Leberkäse
- 1 large onion(s)
- e.g. chives or parsley
- 1 pack Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
also works with rice from the day before
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, dice the meatloaf and onion. Heat oil and butter in a pan, fry the meatloaf and onion, add the rice, and heat gently again, stirring occasionally. Finally, mix in the cheese. Serve with lettuce.
