Rice pan with turkey strips in cream cheese and vegetable sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 250 g turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 200 g cream cheese (also with herbs), low-fat
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ can corn, drained

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Cut the fillet into pieces and fry in a pan. Clean and chop the vegetables. Then add them to the meat and mix everything together. Add the cream cheese to the mixture and thin it with a little water and milk. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Either stir in the rice or serve on the side. The vegetables are, of course, variable, just like the meat.
