Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g turkey schnitzel
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 can mushrooms or 100 g fresh
- 250 ml Cremefine
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 ml chicken broth
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Briefly rinse the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and cut into strips. Heat a little oil in a pan or wok and brown the meat. Season. Halve the bell pepper, deseed, wash, cut into eighths, and cut into thin strips. Wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Crush the garlic. Once the meat is browned, add the vegetables and garlic and fry briefly. Then add the chicken stock, cream, and crème fraîche. Stir well and season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Place the rice in the center of the plate, arrange the shredded meat around it, sprinkle with some parsley, and serve.
