Vegetable rice pan with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 bag of rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, Ketjap Manis

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, cook the rice according to the package instructions. I also like to use loose parboiled rice. Finely dice the onions, wash and dice the bell peppers, and thinly slice the zucchini. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions. Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 10-15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and ketjap manis. Finally, add the rice, mix well, and season well again.
