Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice pudding
- 750 ml milk
- 80 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 g butter, melted
- Cinnamon powder
- Sugar

Boil 500 ml of water and add the rice pudding. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain. Bring the milk, sugar, vanilla seeds, and salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the drained rice and simmer over low heat for 60 minutes. Drizzle with melted butter and cinnamon sugar and serve with apple compote, for example.
