Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 vanilla pod(s) or
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g rice pudding (round grain)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring all ingredients except the rice to a boil. Stir in the rice and simmer gently in an uncovered pot over moderate heat for 40 minutes, stirring frequently. I always heat a jar of cherries and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. My son always wants tangerines. But that’s up to you.
