Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pkt. Rice pudding (e.g. Sweet Meal Rice Pudding), approx. 125 g
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Sugar
  • Balsamic cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice pudding according to the package instructions. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds. Rinse, wash, and drain the blueberries thoroughly. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar. Slice the banana. Remove the rice pudding from the heat and divide it among bowls. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over it. Arrange the fruit on top of the rice pudding and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar for a visual highlight.
