with cream and water mixture – food combining recipe carbohydrates

Combine the cream and water. Pour this “milk” into a saucepan rinsed with cold water. Add the vanilla sugar, raw cane sugar, vanilla powder, and salt. Place the rice pudding in a sieve and rinse thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Then add the rice to the “milk” and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer the rice for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the stove, cover the pan, and let the rice pudding sit for 30 minutes. The rice will still have a little bit of a bite. If you like it “sloppier,” add more water (200 to 300 ml). Serve with cinnamon sugar and applesauce. For a chocolatey twist, mix 2 teaspoons of instant cocoa into a bowl of rice pudding *yum*. Note: Vanilla powder (ground vanilla) is available in organic supermarkets.
