Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice pudding
- 50 g sugar
- 500 ml milk
- n. B. Fruit of your choice (apple, cherries, peaches, etc.)
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Combine salt, sugar, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil (don’t forget to stir). Now add the rice pudding and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes, stirring frequently! Stir in the chopped fruit 10 minutes before it’s ready. You can also add the fruit afterward (when serving) or simply sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste). The rice pudding can be eaten hot or cold.
