Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 1 liter of milk 1.5%
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse the dry rice in a sieve with warm water for about 5 minutes until the water is no longer cloudy. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the rice and vanilla sugar and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Stir occasionally with a whisk. After about 25 minutes, turn off the heat and let the rice, covered, simmer for about another 10 minutes over the residual heat. If there is only a little milk left in the pan, add a little more milk if necessary. Do not bring it back to a boil! Let it steep for another 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
