Macaroni and Ham Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g ham, cut into small pieces
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Salt

Prepare the macaroni according to the package instructions. Grease a baking dish thoroughly. I always use a silicone Bundt pan, as it prevents sticking. Alternate the macaroni with the ham slivers in the dish. Whisk the cream and eggs together and add a little salt (I use two teaspoons). Pour the mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. Then, into the oven. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes. A simple tomato sauce goes well with it. The casserole can also be eaten cold without the sauce.
