Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 100 g rice pudding
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 shot of maple syrup, to sweeten
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 cup raspberries, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice pudding. Split the vanilla pod and remove the seeds. Add the pod and seeds to the saucepan. Sweeten the milk with maple syrup. Simmer until the rice pudding is creamy. This takes about 30 minutes. Remove the pod at the end. Ladle everything into bowls and serve with frozen raspberries.
