Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g minced beef
- 250 g pasta, e.g. spirelli
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 packet of tomato sauce (Tomato al Gusto Napoli), approx. 500 g
- 450 ml water
- Cream or milk to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Brown the ground beef and diced onions in a large saucepan. Add the raw pasta to the ground beef and onion mixture, then add the tomato sauce, water, and cream, covering the pasta. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir after about 15 minutes and check the pasta is cooked. Serve with fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with a fresh salad.
