Rice pudding with coconut milk and strawberry sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 300 ml coconut milk, creamy
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 165 g rice pudding
  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 10 g spice mix (All Love Flower Spice)
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

quick, sweet, delicious

Bring the milk and coconut milk to a boil, stir in the sugar and rice pudding. I let it simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, then cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Wash and hull the strawberries, chop them finely, bring them to a boil with the cane sugar and the Alles Liebe spice, and then puree.
