Spaghetti Carbonara without egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200 g bacon
  • 350 ml whipped cream
  • some oil
  • 2 handfuls of Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quickly prepared

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a hot pan with the oil until crispy. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a boil. Thicken the sauce with a little Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and serve with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
