Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 125 g cucumber(s) (mustard pickle)
  • 2 apples, red
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cook the rice and let it cool. Boil the cauliflower briefly, let it cool, and then divide it into small florets. Dice the apple, onion, and pickle. Make a dressing with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, oil, cream, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in all ingredients and let it marinate.
