Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels (from the topside) or chicken breast
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pound the schnitzels thinly, season with salt and pepper. For the breading, mix pumpkin seeds and breadcrumbs, coat the schnitzels in breadcrumbs, and fry in clarified butter. A mixed salad is perfectly acceptable as a side dish.
