Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g rice, cooked
  • 1 can/n peas
  • 1 jar asparagus
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 4 Pepper , mild, pickled and some liquid
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ jar Miracle Whip
  • spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook rice, add peas, mushrooms, and asparagus, chop mild peppers and spring onions, mix with tuna and Miracle Wip, and add the pepper liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
